Description
Inspired by the French pastry Charlotte, this tin is perfect for cakes with icing. Fillings such as cream, icing or cream cheese cream get a nice frame in the cake. The pan is made of cast aluminum with a non-stick coating, which means that the pastry comes off easily and bakes in an even and efficient way. Let the finished cake rest in the tin for 10 minutes, then just turn the cake out of the tin. The mold should be hand washed.
