Description
The Naturals® Prism Jelly Roll baking sheet is made of aluminum and is made to last a lifetime. The ribbed design makes the food baked in the oven crispier as the airflow can get between the grooves. An aluminium plate spreads the heat evenly to the food and makes everything bake evenly in the oven. The steel-galvanized edges of the sheet metal prevent it from changing shape at high heat.
