Description
Heirol Blacksteel is a professional black carbon steel pan where thoughtful design and reliable quality will take your cooking to another level. The specially treated black carbon steel provides excellent non-stick properties and better corrosion resistance than in conventional carbon steel boilers. The blacksteel pans are treated with nitride, after which they are heated in the furnace with nitrogen dioxide, which causes the black oxide layer to form. The Blacksteel boilers are also pre-treated with vegetable oil, which further improves the corrosion resistance of the boilers. The non-stick properties of the pans only get better with time with use. The 3 mm thick pan does not bend even in the toughest use. The pans are made to withstand high temperatures and are suitable for all stoves, ovens, grills and even open flames. The long handle is riveted for ultimate durability. The boiler heats up extremely quickly and has excellent and energy-efficient thermal conductivity. With proper use and care, you can turn your Blacksteel pan into a lifelong companion for your most delicious cooking adventures! Psst! The appearance of the pan will change after the first use. This is normal and does not affect the roast quality. The patina will improve the roasting result with each use over time.
